Novas Land Resources was founded in 1982 in Ohio as a land planning
consulting firm. Susan Chan, co-founder and now sole owner of the company,
was a life long resident of Ohio until July, 2000, when she moved to Little Rock,
Arkansas. Ms. Chan diversified into real estate brokerage in 1985, focusing on
representing buyers and sellers of land.
